In the unlikely case that there's a problem with your personalized order, caused during shipping, like a damaged piece, or if I've made a mistake, I'm deeply sorry; please simply contact me with a picture and I'll make and ship a new one at my expenses. Depending on the problem, other options could also be: to get a partial replacement (if one piece of a set has a problem, for example) or to ship it back for repairs.

Canada: it usually takes about 3-4 working weeks to packages to arrive and clear NY Customs, USA, plus about 4-8 working weeks from NY to Canada with international standard shipping.
